We've run the same system for 20 years. How painful is switching?
We've done exactly this migration — our first shop ran a 2001 Access database. We import your customers, jobs, and history so day one isn't a blank screen, and we set it up with you personally. Your old system keeps running until you're comfortable.
My shop guys won't do data entry.
They don't have to. The floor sees a list: job, what it is, steps, a checkbox. Tapping a job when they start and checking it off when they're done is the entire ask — and that's what powers the job costing.
Who owns our data?

Does it replace QuickBooks?
No — it ends the re-keying. Quotes and line items live in Spegiti; invoices flow from approved orders and sync over. Your accountant keeps the books; the paper stops walking across the building.
Do my customers have to learn software?
